Behavior as such baffles us, it’s the same if back in the days, one would have just walked into your office to smash their CV on your desk, without introduction or greetings…and walked out again.
Hence, this type of behavior shows that little thought has been put into it. We “red flag” such behavior.
It’s a question of respect.
It’s useful to remember that we do leave traces online
we like to call them: digital footprints!
Therefore, we nourish our network consistently, and if needed disconnect or let the person know, depending on the situation at the time.
