This week, a candidate asked me desperately, “I don’t know if I should change jobs! I lost my mojo.”
“He asked me, What should I do?”
I told him, “You don’t need to ask me; you’ll have to dig deeper!
Knowing when to change jobs is an art!
Knowing when it’s the best time to leave ‘the party’ is not a piece of cake!
To know when to move on from a relationship is not always smooth sailing.
Or when to sell a house, a stock… etc.,
It ain’t always easy peasy.
The truth is there is no handbook that dictates the “perfect moment.”
But there exists a pinnacle moment.
A tipping point.
Something indescribable can happen.
I call it the shifting moment – a calling if you will.
It can only come from within.
To hear it, all you need is…
Golden Peace.
