The hardest part of your job search?

Not your CV.

You’re not being ignored.
You’re being mirrored.
That’s what I told an executive I was coaching who felt stuck.
He had the credentials.
The experience.
The ambition.

But offers weren’t landing.
So yes, we updated his CV
but that was like updating the menu while the kitchen’s closed.

The real issue?
His signal was shaky.
He wasn’t radiating belief.
He was leaking doubt.
And in today’s world, that’s the first thing people feel.
This isn’t mindset talk.

In 2025, research confirms your emotional state emits wave frequencies.
Your body broadcasts. Constantly.
And that frequency either draws things in
or silently pushes them away.
So we didn’t start with visibility.
We started by tuning up his energy.

Here’s what we did:
• Cut every sentence that screamed “I’m still searching”
• Rewired his language to speak from the result
• He looked into the mirror and let go of what no longer served old patterns, outdated stories, and quiet fear
• Injected gratitude into the smallest moments, daily practice
• Cleaned up sleep, food, movement, relationships
• Lived like a leader
• Became the energy of the role he wanted.

He wasn’t chasing a GM job at a wellness hotel anymore.
He became wellness.

Before: He looked ready on paper. In presence, not…
After: He became the offer. And it arrived.

The hardest part of a job search?
To believe before proof.
To act before applause.
To become before being seen.

But when you do
alignment happens.
And once you align, the offers will follow.
