The darkest moment can birth a courageous and bleeding-edge idea.

At least that’s what happened to Daniel Humm, who sees his role not just as the three Michelin restaurant that recently topped the World’s 50 Best Restaurant list, Eleven Madison Park, he sets the green standard for Chefs and highlights the responsibility to rethink luxury because the world has changed, he says, it just has.

🌳During this interview, he openly shares his vulnerability caused by the pandemic and its ramifications but most importantly he paints the bigger picture on how the way forward could look like for the restaurant industry. By doing so he leads the way forward influencing chefs and people around the world by highlighting that the future is plant-based, innovation cries out for bold and futurist visionary.

🌳Just for that act we congratulate Daniel Humm especially on International Chef’s Day (October 20th, 2021) remembering and honoring all Chefs around the world who make this earth a more tasteful, creative, and happy experience.
