Michelin-Star Restaurant Din Tai Fung Launches New Vegan Menu In US Following ‘Incredible’ Demand

Earlier this month, iconic New York eatery Eleven Madison Park (EMP) announced it is ditching meat and seafood.

Recently, Din Tai Fung, a michelin star restaurant is embracing the plant-based movement, they are launching a new vegan menu.

The world-renowned Taiwanese eatery is adding five plant-based wonton and noodle dishes to all of its 13 US locations.

More and more restaurants will follow this demand and trend, consequently, chefs who are experienced in plant-based food preparation will be in high demand. To change the culture of food we need a workforce with the relevant green skills.
