For inner authority,

Within me.

For discernment,
to see clearly,
choose wisely,
and draw lines where respect, values, and truth demand it.
For high frequency,
to remain grounded, awake, and unshakeable.
Open-hearted.
Uncompromising in boundaries.
For wisdom,
the kind that observes before it reacts,
moves with precision,
and never confuses noise with direction.
For commitment,
to lift an industry I love
and to grow with clients, partners, and candidates
who share the same values to create lasting success.
For curiosity,
to question what I’m told,
examine what I think,
and keep my mind alive as technology accelerates.
For clarity of thought,
so my decisions are not emotional reactions,
not inherited beliefs,
not borrowed fears.
Conscious choices.
Made with awareness.
Led by the heart.
