Our client is a small 3* Hotel in a skiing area in Switzerland.
It offers 30 rooms, 1 Restaurant with terrasse.
Candidate must speaks fluently German or French. He has experiences as Chef de cuisine or Head Chef in Switzerland, Germany Austria or France. He is able to lead a kitchen and to organise the daily operation (incl. purchasing, etc.).
He is flexibel, creativ and likes challenges.
Starting date: February 2012, winter season contract (with possibility to renew it for next season)
