![[Text] WIPS is an agency for professionals.
The candidates we place all over the world are qualified hotel and restaurant professionals, mainly employed on superior, management or specialist level.](/common/graphics/text/en/intro_candidate.gif)
Therefore YOU, as our candidate, need to fulfil certain professional expectations, e.g. have a basic professional education such as an apprenticeship, technical college or hotel school; language knowledge and good practical experience, preferably on an international basis.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to register candidates who do not meet these requirements.
Today, more than ever, often only highly qualified professionals are being considered for employment abroad. It is therefore very important that the selection is thoroughly made for the employer but on the other hand, that future employees are thoroughly informed of all the positive as well as negative aspects of working abroad.
Candidates should be aware that the conditions of employment on the international market have changed over the past few years, unfortunately not always for the best. Conditions can vary considerably from one country to another and going to work abroad is not always considered to be an improvement of one's current situation.
Candidates need to thoroughly think through their decision, therefore our recommendation to read our information about working abroad and/or on a cruise ship.

As a result of our extensive experience and our regular contact with employers all over the world, we are confident that our knowledge can be of great help to you in making your decision.
FEE
Our recruitment services are always completely FREE OF CHARGE for the candidate.
We however draw attention to the fact that, similarly to what we expect from the employers, we also require applicants to respect the contractual agreements they enter. Applicants who do not respect contractual obligations with an employer, e.g. not starting on the agreed upon date despite having accepted an offer (oral or written) or leaving without giving appropriate notice, will be held responsible for reimbursing the basic recruitment expense (US$500).
