What happen with your application?

  • To apply with us just send us a complete and detailed curriculum vitae (with photo)

  • You will get an answer from us within 24 hours after having sent your application to us.

  • If your professional background and experiences meet the requirements set for
    a registration as a candidate, we will send you our confirmation by email and
    also a questionnaire in which we ask additional questions about your expectations
    and wishes.

  • We will work on your application and do our best to present you opportunities
    matching your profile and expectations.

  • Usually our clients (employers) are asking us to check the references of potential
    candidates before we send them the applications. You should therefore be ready to
    send us references letters from previous employers and/or names and contact
    details of persons acting as references (previous managers).

  • Your application will be treated confidentially. That means that before we send your
    application to a potential employer, we always will give you all the necessary
    information about the position, conditions, etc. and ask for your approval.

  • As soon as your application has been sent to a potential employer,
    we will update you regarding the situation.

  • In case we are not able to help you immediately / if we don’t have any
    open position matching your profile and expectations, we will include your
    application in our database. As soon as a new position will come up
    (matching your profile), we will contact you directly.
    In the meantime, you will receive regularly our Update-News & our
    general information with all our open positions.

  • We are committed to have a fair collaboration based on trust and transparency.

  • Our service is free of charges but there are certain requirements expected of
    you as an applicant before we can act on your behalf. All information provided to
    us by you must be factual without any omissions. All statements made by you must
    be true and correct with no intent to mislead.

  • Once you have signed a contract with an employer you are legally committed to
    respect the terms and conditions of the contract and to start your employment as
    notified in the contract.
